I think I have mentioned numerous times of my intention to send AD to an Islamic School. Tapi impian ittew musnah uols!
It started when Dr SUnshine did his fieldwork at an Islamic School in Gombak and he saw how 'daif' the school was. The tables and chairs, the smelly toilet, the condition of the classes and how the school seem to be lacking in sports facilities. SO, terus dia rasa risau nak hantar anak dia dekat sekolah macam tu. Granted, the one we want to send to is in BAngi, tapi tetaplah kan, dah tengok kat tempat lain macam tu, terus ada this image yang dijadikan stereotype tu all other schools Islamic ni. Lagilah bila Dr Sunshine ni atlit kan. Maka, salah satu requirement yang dia nak ialah sekolah tu ada padang yang best dan juga kalau boleh ada kelab tennis.
So, dia pon menyuarakan pendapat nak hantar AD ke SK sahaja. Oh..ok. that, we daftar already. But nooooo....Dr Sunshine nak masukkan anakanda dia kat SK yang bertaraf cemerlang uols. Yes...konsep only the best for your child kan.
And now, he asks me if I can pull any strings to help get my son placed in a good school. Oh Em Gee. Mana ai nak cari strings ittew??
I am now panicked!!! Firstly, nak find out, how do I change AD's school application dari BSP to S3. Pastu, problem adalah sekolah ittew technically is not near my house but near my office. hmmm...pening pening.
Hmm...so nak buat cemana nih? First, nak email PPD tanya what I should do. Next, start looking for 'strings'. heh heh.
