is this the one?

I went to view another apartment just now. I kinda like it, despite the fact that the furniture tak de la vast ke apa.

what do i like about it?

1. ada lift yq sizenye ok (i can imagine me and stroller in the lift)
2. only about 4 minutes walk from the tram/bus station. and the walk is not uphill ke apa, so tak de la mengah nak jalan.
3. there's apparently a 24 hour supermarket opposite the apartment.
4. the apartment itself is equipped with a good sized fridge, nice kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 livingroom.
5. the bedroom is only furnished with a single bed, tapi yg the kind that u can pull another bed kat bawah tu.
6. landlord will also provide a cupboard, a couch, a table and 4 chairs, and maybe throw in a carpet also. (maybe i should also mintak table for tv kan?)
7. landlord looks like a nice person and is from egypt and can converse in English.
8.its kinda well connected. only a few bus ride away from sudtirolerplatz (from which i can naik ubahn and go get my supply of halal meat and asian food ingredients) and mariahilfer (shopping heaven).
9. oooh...and the toilet dan shower is connected. (if you must know, kat sini, most of the apartments hv seperate shower and toilet. dhlatu, toilet tak de air or even sink...)
cumanya, there's no washing machine. so will hv to fork out somemoney for that. oh..and tv, and to set up cable/internet line/etc.

at this point in time, the apartment seems like the best option. i, however, still hv one more apartment to view esok.so we'll see how. will be going to view the above apartment again on monday with my aunt so that she can talk to the landlord about contract matters and etc.

rent is 631 euro. kinda cheap if u consider the size of the apartment (71sq m) and location. tapi, it doesnt include elctricity, water, gas, internet charges.

so cemana?ok ker mahal?? hmm...
